Delivery time
The delivery time for Portugal and Spain is up to 15 business days after payment confirmation, including preparation and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
For delivery planning, we allow for up to 10 business days for preparation and up to 5 business days for transit, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM, Lisbon time; payments confirmed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin counting from the next business day.
If you need the product by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. For large-sized equipment, please also confirm access and unloading conditions.
In-house stock and supplier shipping
NortePool works with in-house stock and direct shipping from its suppliers. An item not in our warehouse may be shipped directly by the supplier, provided it is available. This shipping model maintains the indicated lead time and keeps NortePool as your contact for tracking the order, obtaining support, or handling a return.
If an unavailability or delay occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and present the applicable options, including cancellation and a refund where due.
