The order value and delivery address determine the shipping costs shown at checkout. Check the total before completing your purchase.
Delivery time
The delivery time for Portugal and Spain is up to 15 working days after payment confirmation, including preparation and transport. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
For delivery planning, we allow up to 10 working days for preparation and up to 5 working days for transport, Monday to Friday. The daily cut-off time is 14h, Lisbon time; payments confirmed after that time, at weekends or on a public holiday start counting on the next working day.
If you need the product by a specific date, contact us before ordering. For large equipment, also confirm the access and unloading conditions.
Our own stock and shipping by suppliers
NortePool works with its own stock and direct shipping from its suppliers. An item that is not in our warehouse may be shipped directly by the supplier, provided it is available. This shipping arrangement maintains the stated delivery time and NortePool as your contact for tracking the order, obtaining support or arranging a return.
If an item becomes unavailable or there is a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation and present the applicable options, including cancellation and a refund when due.
